Qualifications of Members - Women who
have been in practice in their profession for at least
one
year
shall be eligible for membership. Each shall represent
a different category, i.e., business, trade, occupation
or profession, and shall be classified accordingly.
Proposals for Membership and Approval of Members
• Any person may be sponsored for
membership by any member in good standing of the
Organization.
• The Membership Committee will review
applications, interview prospective members,
and make
certain there are no category conflicts.
• When
a prospective member has attended two consecutive
meetings as a guest, she may submit
a completed application for membership and a
check for the requisite initiation fee to the
Vice
President of Membership.
• The Membership Committee
will consider applications for membership once
each month.
Acceptance
of Membership - Upon approval of the proposed
member by a majority vote of the Membership Committee,
the new member shall become officially affiliated with
the organization upon her signed agreement to accept
and conform to the rules and regulations of the Organization.
